Getting Fit, Healthy and Feeling Better In Your Body
I just sent this email to a friend who asked for some advice on getting fit, healthy and feeling better about himself and his body. I copied and pasted that email below for you to enjoy.
I stick pretty darn close to this exact strategy below… Hey I like to have fun to you know… And you should to.
Try this out below for at least 6 weeks. I guarantee you will feel better than you do today, if not simply amazing!

The BEST diet or nutritional strategy I live by is to start clearing out as much processed foods as possible while adding as much natural food as possible. I like to say, Think Like a Hunter and Gatherer… All natural, small frequent meals along with daily exercise.
Eat a wide variety of vegetables, fruit, whole grains, nuts & seeds, lean organic meats (fish, chicken, turkey, egg whites, etc)
Eat this varied diet in small meals 5-6 times a day.
Breakfast- Snack – Lunch – Snack- Dinner- Snack (optional)
Have protein at every meal.
Daily exercise like walks, light jogs, yoga, hiking, biking, etc. (4-6 days) Take one full day off to rest & rebuild.
3 days a week H.I.T – High Intensity Training- Combine Full body Workouts with Interval Training on the Treadmill or bike. (e.g. 30 sec sprint/ 60 sec rest)
2-3 day a week of 60-90 minute Yoga Classes.
Drink 80-100+ oz of water daily.
Eliminate sugary soft drinks, energy drinks, etc.
Live like this… and your body will amaze you dude!
