250,000 Crunches to Burn One Pound of Fat!

What!?!

Yep… According to a researchers at the University Virgina, you would have to do 250,000 crunches in order to burn one-pound of fat! (3500 calories) Think you can do 100 crunches a day for say the next 7 or so years? Good luck!

So if crunches aren’t the answer to getting a flat stomach or a sexy six pack, what is the best way to get started? It’s simple really… apply these items below to your daily routine and you’ll start seeing results maybe next week!

1. Drink 80-100+ oz Daily of Good Clean Water- By doing this you are helping your body regulate  it’s metabolism, support brain functions, remove toxins from the body, stay hydrated (did you know your body is 70% plus water at birth and less than 50% when you die…hmm-hint) as well as a whole host of other metabolic-cellular functions. Bottom line- DRINK MORE WATER.

2. Eat Clean Organic All Natural Foods- You are what you eat… period! If your putting crap in, your going to get crap out…. oops I guess that happens both ways, but you know what I mean. You will perform better on all levels of your life whether it be at sports, exercise-fitness, work, family, relationships and even in the bedroom. Who doesn’t want to perform better in life?

Eat whole foods in their natural state avoiding any and most types of processed foods. Our bodies are simply not evolved to eat the garbage that is being put into our mouths on a daily basis. Evidence is ALL around us with the massive increase in health care issues and the number of obese people in the Fattest Country on the Planet!

3. Avoid White DEATH- Sugar, White Flour, and Salt. All highly processed and hard for the body to deal with. As well remove high-fructose corn syrup from your diet including any sugary caffeinated beverages. Your body  just does not need this junk!

4. Exercise Daily- If your a beginner start by taking short walks everyday working up to 20-30 min.  brisk walks. If your in better shape and ready to rock, try H.I.T. Programs that can literally shed fat in mere weeks. If I had to vote for one today it would be the P90x System. I’ve done it and I think it is amazing!

5. Smile More- I think it is SO important more than ever to really try and look for things that make you feel good in life… opposed to the bleak world that is displayed daily on Fox News and other “entertainment” programs. Stay informed but from a distance…… Heck if something MAJOR was going to happen or you need information to be safe, someone around you will let you know. Turn off the TV.
